Application Process
The application process is done in 4 stages:
- Initial Application
- Complete Application
- Background Checks and Onsite Inspection
- Review and Approval/Denial
Before you submit an initial application, we encourage you to read the requirements and regulations you and/or your organization must meet in order to be licensed or certified.
